WHAT’S AVAILABLE: The following two units are on the same floor and have a heavy locking door between them.

They may be rented separately or together.  Combined square footage is 1600 sq/ft.

1. STUDIO PLUS (Unit 909) is comprised of the following:

            a) Studio room contains a fireplace, small kitchenette with a microwave,

                    Toaster oven, Coffee Pot, Wireless Internet*, 32" Flatscreen, cable TV,  DVD Player.  

                    (Wireless internet is available for a small fee)

            b) Living Room  Area -- hideabed                                                                                Sleeps  2

            c) Bedroom Area -- Queen size bed, bedside tables, reading light and dresser     Sleeps  2                                              

            d) Full Bathroom

            e) Sauna room

2. MAIN UNIT (910) is comprised of the following:

            a) Main room has a full kitchen with dishwasher,  microwave,  fireplace  and large balcony. 

            b) Living Room Area -- Surround Sound w/DVD Player, Flat Panel Television with iPOD dock,

                                                       Satellite TV, Cable TV, Wireless Internet*, Lighting control, reclining couch.   

                                                        (Wireless internet is available for a small fee)

            c) Bedroom Area                     -- Queen bed                                           Sleeps 2

                                                                -- Bunk beds                                           Sleeps 2

            d) Loft Area --  Cable TV, VCR, Nintendo and DVD Player

                                                                 -- Queen bed                                          Sleeps 2

            e) Bathroom with “Steam Shower” which can be used as a  shower or a steam room (seats 3 people).

All bedding and towels are supplied by us as well as all the cooking pans, dishes, etc.

RATES: 

  *Pricing based on 6 people for Main Unit

WE ASK THE FOLLOWING OF RENTERS:

            a) PLEASE LEAVE THE UNITS AS YOU FOUND THEM

            b) NO PETS

            c) A FIFTY (50) PERCENT DEPOSIT WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF BOOKING

            d) UPON LEAVING, STRIP THE BEDS and put the linens together.

            e)  Leave the keys on the dining room table and shut the door.

            f)  NO SMOKING.
